Candidate will need to be comfortable talking to donors on the phone and scheduling an appointment for them to return and donate while working part time hours. Monthly payout is available if specific measurements are reached each month.

Position Schedule: This is a full-time position that will work 7:00 am - 3:30 PM Tueday to Saturday. Flexibility is required.
Training Schedule: Candidate must be available to attend training Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm for a period of 3-4 weeks
(Based upon when hours are worked positions may include a shift and weekend differential of $1.50 - $4.50 per hour.)
Transport blood, blood products, campus mail, supplies, and medical equipment between processing/distribution centers, branches, blood drive sites and hospitals.

Executes blood donor recruitment programs, organizing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory.
