Performs tasks related to the manufacturing and/or distribution duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.
POSITION SCHEDULE: Friday - Tuesday 3:00pm - 11:30pm; off Wednesday and Thursday. Flexibility is required.
TRAINING SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm for a period of 2-3 weeks.
Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of whole blood (and/or blood components) from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards.

If assigned to mobiles, responsible for driving the blood mobile.

Assists in providing oversight in the operation and maintenance of the organization’s fleet of company-owned motor vehicles

Executes blood donor recruitment programs, organizing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory.

Shift Differential: Based upon hours and days worked this position could qualify for a shift differential of $1.50 - $4.50 per hour.
