Executes blood donor recruitment programs, organizing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory.

Contacts by telephone and other approved communication methods (emails, text, flyers) eligible blood donors who have previously given blood and re-recruits them to donate regularly.  Candidate will need to be comfortable talking to donors on the phone and scheduling an appointment for them to return and donate while working part time hours.  Monthly payout is available if specific measurements are reached each month.   Required In-Office Position Schedule: Mon - Thurs 3PM-8PM, Fri 2PM - 7PM, and Sat 9AM-5:30PM. Sunday OFF and a weekday of your choice. 23 - 28 hours a week.

Recruits potential blood donors at promotional, community, and corporate blood drives to ensure a drive meets its desired projection.

Under the direction of the Director or designee, provides leadership and technical expertise, coordinates workflow, manages staff scheduling and payroll functions, and performs training and quality activities. Ensures that testing is completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures. Has responsibility for oversight of staff. Performs the essential functions of the Medical Technologist.   Shift: This position will work SECOND shift to include rotating working on the weekends and participating in the oncall rotation.
