Directs all donor blood collection activities and ensures compliance with blood bank and regulatory requirements. Provides direction to subordinates to assure recruitment and collection goals are met.   Must be based out of Tallahassee. 

Provides process review, technical documentation, and validation support for Operations within a defined system. Collaborates with team members and SMEs to identify workflow issues, document processes, and support improvements through compliant procedures and structured testing.   Must be based in or around the Greater Orlando area.

Executes blood donor recruitment programs, organizing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory.

If assigned to mobiles, responsible for driving the blood mobile.

Performs basic through advanced testing procedures on patient and/or donor samples and interprets results in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures.   Work Schedule: This full-time position will work on 2nd shift, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am, 5 days a week to include rotating weekends and holidays.

Manages the day-to-day activities in laboratories including the testing performed.  Manages staff scheduling and performs training and quality activities. Has responsibility for performance, interpretation, recording of tests and accurate, timely reporting of results and issuance of blood from the laboratories.  May serve as the designated laboratory general supervisor.
