Provides CDL-licensed transportation services and customer service to support blood drives.

Executes blood donor recruitment programs, organizing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory.

Performs tasks related to the distribution duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.  May be required to perform duties related to other Biologics functions including manufacturing and transportation of blood, blood products and specimens.   Position Schedule:  This is a full-time position that will work overnight 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM Monday - Thursday.  Schedule flexibility is required.

Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of blood and/or blood components from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards. If assigned to mobiles, responsible for driving the blood mobile.

Provides first point of contact for all Donor Services incoming regulated inquires, collection process issues and requests related to SOP questions. Provides timely document review, tracks errors and offers solutions for Donor Services processes. Acts as a liaison to resolve internal processing errors and delivers outstanding internal customer service.

Manages the day-to-day activities of a region/functional area(s) within the Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs department. Facilitates the interpretation and implementation of quality and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance. Coordinates regulatory affairs activities to ensure appropriate filing and registration activities are complete. Serves as a resource person for departments in accordance with regulatory agency requirements and organizational policies and procedures.

Performs tasks related to the manufacturing and distribution (as needed) duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.   Position Schedule: Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule with an 8-hour shift scheduled between the hours of 09:00am - 09:00pm any day of the week including weekends. This is a full-time position and candidates are generally scheduled five (5) 8-hour shifts per week.  

Transport blood, blood products, campus mail, supplies, and medical equipment between processing/distribution centers, branches, blood drive sites and hospitals.   Position Schedule: This is a full-time position that will work Wednesday - Sunday 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM.  Schedule flexibility is required.
