Performs tasks related to the manufacturing and distribution (as needed) duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.    Position Schedule: Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule with an 8 hour shift scheduled between the hours of 04:00am - 04:00pm any day of the week including weekends. This is a full-time position and candidates are generally scheduled five (5) 8-hour shifts per week.   Training Schedule: Candidate must be available to work a Flex schedule for a period of 3-4 weeks, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm for training.

Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of whole blood (and/or blood components) from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards.

Performs tasks related to the distribution duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.  May be required to perform duties related to other Biologics functions including manufacturing and transportation of blood, blood products and specimens.   Position Schedule:  This is a full-time position that will work 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Friday - Tuesday.  Flexibility is required.   Training Schedule:  Candidate must be available to attend training Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm for a period of 2-3 weeks   (Based upon when hours are worked positions may include a shift and weekend differential of $1.50 - $4.50 per hour.)  

Performs tasks related to the distribution duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.  May be required to perform duties related to other Biologics functions including manufacturing and transportation of blood, blood products and specimens.   Position Schedule: This position will work 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Monday - Friday. Candidate must be available for rotating on call schedule.  Flexibility is required. Training Schedule:  Candidate must be available to attend training at the Charlotte location Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm for a period of 3-4 weeks.

Performs tasks related to the manufacturing and distribution (as needed) duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.   Position Schedule:  This is a full-time position that will work 7:00 am - 3:30 PM Saturday to Wednesday.  Flexibility is required.   Training Schedule:  Candidate must be available to attend training Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm for a period of 3-4 weeks   (Based upon when hours are worked positions may include a shift and weekend differential of $1.50 - $4.50 per hour.)

Performs basic through advanced testing procedures on patient and/or donor samples and interprets results in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures.   Shift: This full-time position will work SECOND shift to include rotating working weekends and holidays. This position will also rotate between the OneBlood labs at Nemours Childrens Hospital and Lake Nona VA Hospital and cover other shifts, when needed.

Executes the technical training and competency programs for the Donor Services whole blood collection, apheresis, and therapeuticsareas of the organization.

Performs routine unregulated laboratory tasks as directed.   Hours: This full-time position will work an 8-hr schedule on 1st shift (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (EST)), 5 days a week, to include rotating weekends and holidays.

Transport blood, blood products, campus mail, supplies, and medical equipment between processing/distribution centers, branches, blood drive sites and hospitals.   Position Schedule: This position will work overnight Friday - Monday 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM.     Training Schedule:  Candidate must be available to attend training Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm for a period of 1-2 weeks.   (Based upon when hours are worked positions may include a shift and weekend differential of $1.50 - $4.50 per hour.)

Provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to the collection staff during blood drives or at branches. If assigned to mobiles, responsible for driving the blood mobile.
