Evaluates programming and systems needs and recommends solutions to problems. Develops, tests, supports, and modifies application systems and database systems. Documents all programming and systems changes. Conducts end user training in an individual and group setting. Provides general database server administration. Acts as liaison to IT Infrastructure group in support of software development, changes, deployment and disaster recovery.

Performs routine and advanced clerical and administrative duties with in the Donor Services Department, taking care of scheduling day-to-day activities in the department. Recognizes inconsistencies, resolves routine clerical problems, refers more complex problems to the Regional Director.

Position Schedule: This is a full-time position that will work Tuesday - Saturday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. Flexibility is required.
Training Schedule: Candidate must be available to attend training Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm for a period of 3-4 weeks.

(Based upon when hours are worked positions may include a shift and weekend differential of $1.50 - $4.50 per hour.)
