Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of whole blood (and/or blood components) from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards.
Work independently and as a team with variable data and operate high speed copiers, large format printers and bindery equipment to meet strict deadlines to fulfill print shop production needs.
Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of whole blood (and/or blood components) from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards.
Performs tasks related to the manufacturing and distribution (as needed) duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.
Position Schedule: Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule with an 8 hour shift scheduled between the hours of 5:00am - 5:00pm any day of the week including weekends. This is a full-time position.
Training Schedule: Candidate must be available to attend training Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm for a period of 3-4 weeks.
Performs routine unregulated laboratory tasks as directed.
SHIFT: This position will work a schedule of 8 days on with 6 days off as outlined below and will also have courier responsibilities.
Wednesday: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Thursday: 4:00 am - 2:30 pm
Friday: 4:00 am - 2:30 pm
Saturday: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Sunday: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
Monday: 4:00 am - 2:30 pm
Tuesday: 4:00 am - 2:30 pm
Wednesday: 4:00 am - 2:30 pm
Rotating Holidays and Weekends may be required. Position is eligible for Weekend Shift Differential Pay.

Executes blood donor recruitment programs, organizing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory.

May be required to perform duties related to other Biologics functions including manufacturing and transportation of blood, blood products and specimens.
Position Schedule: This position will work 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM Friday - Tuesday. Candidate must be available for rotating on call schedule. Flexibility is required.
Training Schedule: Candidate must be available to attend training at the Charlotte location Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm for a period of 3-4 weeks.
Develops and maintains donor recruitment programs and expansions and oversees donor services operations for a specified area in accordance with the organization’s goals of collecting apheresis blood components from volunteer blood donors. Accountable for attaining pre-set production goals each month, and for efficiency of drives.
