Contacts by telephone and other approved communication methods (emails, text, flyers) eligible blood donors who have previously given blood and re-recruits them to donate regularly. Candidate will need to be comfortable talking to donors on the phone and scheduling an appointment for them to return and donate while working part time hours. Monthly bonus payout is available if specific measurements are reached each month.

Performs quality assurance and regulatory work. Conducts audits, validations and process review for regulated departments within the organization and prepares written reports of any deficiencies. Completes documents required for compliance and regulatory submissions. Participates in inspections and provides regulatory guidance to staff.
Performs basic through advanced testing procedures on patient and/or donor samples and interprets results in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures.
Schedule: This full-time position will work on 1st shift (7:00 am - 5:30 pm), Friday - Monday.
