Recruits potential blood donors at promotional, community, and corporate blood drives to ensure a drive meets its desired projection.

Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of whole blood (and/or blood components) from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards.

Performs tasks related to the distribution duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.  May be required to perform duties related to other Biologics functions including manufacturing and transportation of blood, blood products and specimens.   Position Schedule:  This is a full-time position that will work overnight 2:00 PM - 10:30 AM Monday - Friday.  Schedule flexibility is required.  

Coordinates and communicates daily assignment of donor services employees.

Provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to the collection staff during blood drives or at branches. Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of blood and/or blood components from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards. If assigned to mobiles, responsible for driving the blood mobile.

Performs tasks related to the manufacturing and distribution (as needed) duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.   Position Schedule: This is a full-time position and candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule with an 8 hour shift scheduled between the hours of 10:00am - 10:00pm any day of the week including weekends.
