Executes blood donor recruitment programs, organizing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory.
Transport blood, blood products, campus mail, supplies, and medical equipment between processing/distribution centers, branches, blood drive sites and hospitals.
Schedule: Thursday to Monday with Tues and Wed off. Hours: 10:00 PM to 06:30AM

Provides first point of contact for all Donor Services incoming regulated inquires, collection process issues and requests related to SOP questions. Provides timely document review, tracks errors and offers solutions for Donor Services processes. Acts as a liaison to resolve internal processing errors and delivers outstanding internal customer service.

Position Schedule: This is a full-time position that will work 2:30pm - 11:00pm Tuesday - Saturday. Schedule flexibility is required.
