Analyzes and assesses user needs to develop process improvement solutions that align with business strategies and enhance operational effectiveness. Defines scope and objectives during business planning, needs analysis, and risk assessments, offering recommendations to drive improvements.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field from an accredited college or university; supplemented by seven (7) years of experience in the areas of development, implementation, systems integration and technical business analysis or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS:
International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification or Six Sigma certification preferred.
