Provides first point of contact for all incoming inquires, issues, and work requests related to HR administration and transactions. This role handles inquiries, requests, and cases to closure, while appropriately escalating complex cases. Also, this role provides accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and delivers outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or business related field from an accredited college or university and one (1) to three (3) years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
