Overview

Provides administrative support to the Donor Advocacy team, to include answering inbound phone calls, routing callers to the correct department or individual based on intake information from the donor.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming telephone calls determining purpose and priority of call and transfers as needed, assigning appropriate classification codes to messages requiring follow up by Donor Advocacy Administrators
• Consults with Donor Advocacy team regarding donor requests and concerns
• Processes phone requests for ABO/Rh and cholesterol results
• Organizes, files, updates and retrieves records as needed including those needed for FDA Inspections
• Performs other clerical tasks such as handling mail and operating office equipment including faxing documents, uploading and entering documents into the appropriate locations.

High School diploma or equivalent and one year of general office experience.
