Works in conjunction with the Director of Corporate Facilities to manage, maintain and operate facilities and assets under their department.  Responsible for the collection of up-to-date condition assessments on owned and leased infrastructure assets and the regular updating of same.  Also, works in conjunction with Director of Corporate Facilities to oversee budget management and compliance with licensing regulations.

If assigned to mobiles, responsible for driving the blood mobile.

Performs basic through advanced testing procedures on patient and/or donor samples and interprets results in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures.   This full-time position will work Day and Evening Shifts, with occasional weekend rotation.

Serves as the primary resource to participants regarding screening, consenting, collections, pre and post procedure information while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); assists in the shipping and handling of research specimens. Provides timely document review, tracks errors and offers solutions on process improvement.

Maintains, monitors and coordinates the usage of marketing materials to ensure all mobile units and branch locations (donor centers) have essential marketing and incentives items to support blood donations. This includes donation incentives and other various marketing materials. Responsibilities also include safeguarding unused marketing incentives / items while build and maintaining strong working relationships with internal partners to facilitate marketing success.

Responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to Accounting Department. Maintains accounting document files, including accounts receivable and accounts payable daily work. Keys daily customer billing information as well as vendor invoices to the accounting system. Prints accounts payable checks, customer invoices, billing summaries and statements for mailing.
