Contacts by telephone and other approved communication methods (emails, text, flyers) eligible blood donors who have previously given blood and re-recruits them to donate regularly. Candidate will need to be comfortable talking to donors on the phone and scheduling an appointment for them to return and donate while working part time hours. Monthly payout is available if specific measurements are reached each month.
Required In-Office Position Schedule: Mon - Thurs 3PM-8PM, Fri 2PM - 7PM, and Sat 9AM-5:30PM. Sunday OFF and a weekday of your choice. 23 - 28 hours a week.
Performs tasks related to the manufacturing and distribution (as needed) duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.
Position Schedule: This position will work overnight 11:00 PM - 9:30 AM Friday - Monday. Flexibility is required.
Training Schedule: Candidate must be available to attend training Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm for a period of 3-4 weeks.
(Based upon when hours are worked positions may include a shift and weekend differential of $1.50 - $4.50 per hour.)

Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of blood and/or blood components from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards. If assigned to mobiles, responsible for driving the blood mobile.
