Performs tasks related to the distribution duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.  May be required to perform duties related to other Biologics functions including manufacturing and transportation of blood, blood products and specimens.   Position Schedule: 

Executes blood donor recruitment programs, organizing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory.

Directs all donor blood collection activities and ensures compliance with blood bank and regulatory requirements. Provides direction to subordinates to assure recruitment and collection goals are met.

Provides first point of contact for all Donors and internal department regarding regulated inquires, collection process issues and requests related to SOP questions. Provides timely document review, tracks errors and offers solutions for Donor Services processes. Acts as a liaison to resolve internal processing errors and delivers outstanding internal customer service.
