Directs all donor blood collection activities and ensures compliance with blood bank and regulatory requirements. Provides direction to subordinates to assure recruitment and collection goals are met.   Must be based out of Tallahassee. 

Provides process review, technical documentation, and validation support for Operations within a defined system. Collaborates with team members and SMEs to identify workflow issues, document processes, and support improvements through compliant procedures and structured testing.   Must be based in or around the Greater Orlando area.

Responsibilities include facilities, grounds, construction projects, budgeting, reporting, task forces, communications liaison, planning committees and process improvement. Manages a staff of employees in the maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment.

Manages the day-to-day activities in laboratories including the testing performed.  Manages staff scheduling and performs training and quality activities. Has responsibility for performance, interpretation, recording of tests and accurate, timely reporting of results and issuance of blood from the laboratories.  May serve as the designated laboratory general supervisor.
