Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines and platforms that support analytics, reporting, and data science. Designs, implements and oversees the physical design and operation of the organization’s databases in order to maintain security and integrity controls. Ensures reliable data ingestion, transformation, and availability across the organization while enforcing data quality, security, and performance standards.
Coordinates and communicates daily assignment of donor services employees.
Under the direction of the Director or designee, provides leadership and technical expertise, coordinates workflow, manages staff scheduling and payroll functions, and performs training and quality activities. Ensures that testing is completed in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures. Has responsibility for oversight of staff. Performs the essential functions of the Medical Technologist.

Position Schedule: Candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule with an 8-hour shift scheduled between the hours of 9:00am - 9:00pm any day of the week including weekends. This is a full-time position and candidates are generally scheduled five (5) 8-hour shifts per week.

Supports one or more areas of dashboard development, reporting solutions, SQL, and analytics initiatives, including program coordination, requirements gathering, design analysis, and documentation of business needs to drive adoption and data-informed decision-making. Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT to identify, communicate, and execute on reporting, data, and analytical requirements. Develops and maintains SQL queries and data solutions to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable insights.
Plans, implements, upgrades and monitors security protocols for the protection of the organization’s computer networks and information.
Supervises the phlebotomy of blood donors in a defined collection area.
