Provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to the collection staff during blood drives or at branches. Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of blood and/or blood components from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards. If assigned to mobiles, responsible for driving the blood mobile.

Transport blood, blood products, campus mail, supplies, and medical equipment between processing/distribution centers, branches, blood drive sites and hospitals.   Position Schedule: This is a full-time position that will work 12:00pm - 8:30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Schedule flexibility is required.    

Manages all donor recruitment activities in a specific geographic area. Accountable for attaining pre-set production goals each month, and for efficiency of drives. Works under the Collection Area Director and manages activities related to the blood center’s field recruitment programs.

Performs tasks related to the distribution duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.  May be required to perform duties related to other Biologics functions including manufacturing and transportation of blood, blood products and specimens.   Position Schedule:  This is a full-time position that will work 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Tuesday - Saturday.  Schedule flexibility is required.
