Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of whole blood (and/or blood components) from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards.
Provides first point of contact for all incoming inquires, issues, and work requests related to HR administration and transactions. This role handles inquiries, requests, and cases to closure, while appropriately escalating complex cases. Also, this role provides accurate and timely processing of HR transactions and delivers outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of whole blood (and/or blood components) from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards.
Performs tasks related to the manufacturing and distribution (as needed) duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.
Position Schedule: This is a full-time position and candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule with an 8 hour shift scheduled between the hours of 8:00pm - 8:00am
Performs basic through advanced testing procedures on patient and/or donor samples and interprets results in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies and procedures.
Work Schedule: This full-time position will work Monday thru Friday on 1st shift, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, to include rotating weekends and holidays.
Executes blood donor recruitment programs, organizing and managing all aspects of the recruitment process in order to meet goals for an assigned territory.
Provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to the collection staff during blood drives or at branches. Performs phlebotomy and collection procedures and processes related to the collection of blood and/or blood components from donors according to the organization’s policies and procedures, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, and American Association of Blood Banks (AABB) standards. If assigned to mobiles, responsible for driving the blood mobile.
Evaluates programming and systems needs and recommends solutions to problems. Develops, tests, supports, and modifies application systems and database systems. Documents all programming and systems changes. Conducts end user training in an individual and group setting. Provides general database server administration. Acts as liaison to IT Infrastructure group in support of software development, changes, deployment and disaster recovery.

Oversees the coding, pipeline development, execution, and delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) projects across the organization. Works with cross-functional teams and leverages advanced analytics, applied statistics, AI and ML techniques to drive business insights and optimize operations.
