Oversees and supervises a staff of assigned HR Business partners. Primary responsibility is delivery and oversight of employment, workforce planning, organization development, and employee relations services and professional expertise to assigned region/client groups in support of the organization meeting business goals. Functions as a trusted advisor to employees and management by providing appropriate consultation and guidance.

  • Builds business partner relationships with management and staff. Understands the business goals and challenges and identify and/or help to address systemic issues. Provides continuous coaching and guidance to client groups regarding organizational issues that are negatively impacting overall effectiveness. Conducts appropriate diagnosis and potential interventions.
  • Manages employee relations and corrective actions matters. Develops recommendations and provide guidance to clients for resolution. Analyzes trends and root causes and look for opportunities to improve work environment and client group satisfaction. Ensures all regulatory compliance and legal requirements are met
  • Ensures clients receive assistance with all aspects of the annual performance review and rewards program including coaching on effective documentation practices and facilitating robust calibration and talent review meetings. Ensures legal compliance and conformity to corporate program
  • Manages the talent acquisition process within all client groups by screening, interviewing, and supporting the selection of talent
  • Ensures all new talent receives appropriate on-boarding and orientation programs
  • Ensures exit interviews are used to identify gaps in the talent experience
  • Partners with other Human Resources colleagues to seek expertise and ensure
    delivery of HR services.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or a related field and Five (5) years human resources management experience; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.

Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM- CP) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR or SHRM- SCP) preferred.


  • Knowledge of Human Resources practices, functions, approaches, and applicable employment law and regulations
  • Ability to influence senior management, establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide thought leadership
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  • Results oriented; collaborative, able to move from information collection to action quickly
  • Demonstrated ability to provide Human Resources service and programs that support a high-performing work place
  • Solution oriented with the ability to understand complex issues with strong business acumen
  • Ability to lead complex projects
  • Exceptional oral and written skills with the ability to communicate difficult and delicate matters to varying levels of employees and management.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to influence client’s actions and behaviors
  • Strong consultative approach in resolving complex issues while ensuring compliance to established standards
  • Ability to delegate, manage and supervise effectively
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.

Ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds).
