Works closely with the Telerecruitment Manager in devising and employing plans for achieving the department’s pre-set monthly goals.  Candidate will work evenings until 8 and some Saturday's while supporting a call center team coaching, empowering and communicating with team on a regular basis to ensure staff is aware of all promotions.  Supervisor will be expected to manage team results and regularly checking on team member performance during the month providing coaching and feedback to staff members.  This position will work closely with many departments throughout OneBlood and will need to be able to efficiently multi-task and manage their time efficiently.  Strong communication skills

  • Team is responsible for the recruitment of blood donors via telephone in order to achieve pre-set monthly branch production goals.
  • Performs and manages tasks related to office operations and recruitment activities.
  • Oversees and tracks progress on special projects.
  • Good Communication skills required
  • Strong organization skills

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and one year related supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.






  • Knowledge of the organization’s Telerecruitment programs, including whole blood, apheresis, HLA and rare donor recruitment, as well as all aspects related to scheduling of donors
  • Ability to organize work for timely completion
  • Ability to delegate, manage and supervise effectively
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to follow complex oral and written instructions
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand standard English
  • Skill in operating office equipment
  • Ability to commute with personal transportation
  • asic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
