Overview

Responsible for completing and resolving review reports, email communications, investigations, working on projects, and completing record review as needed.

  • Maintains all donor records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion.
  • Performs operational audits to ensure accuracy of donor records or blood products.
  • Resolves problems related to donor records.
  • Provides donor relations support by responding to donor services field inquiries.
  • Displays excellent customer service and professionalism towards all customers.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent and six months to one year related experience and/or training.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS:

None

 

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

  • Maintains current knowledge and understanding of all related SOPs and manuals appropriate for job functions
  • Ability to read, understand and follow documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to organize work for timely completion
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand standard English
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
  • Skill in operating office equipment
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. 

 

Functions are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
