Responsible for working closely with direct manager on targeted marketing campaigns including data extraction, list or lead generation, and evaluating effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Requires understanding of list segmentation in order to identify the right attendee for the right event at the right time.

  • Compiles information from marketing database and assists Manager in determining appropriate demographics to compile
  • Creates marketing communications (emails, texts, and mailers) for distribution to donors
  • Analyzes marketing and donor data to determine ROI and makes recommendations on best methods for future marketing campaigns
  • Assists Manager in determining marketing communication release schedule; keeps calendar up-to-date and makes adjustments as needed
  • Inputs data on final marketing communication results via Marketing Request System
  • Collaborates with marketing team sharing ideas and providing input on marketing campaigns
  • Subject Matter Expert for Donor Recruitment CRM and Texting Platform
  • Analyzes marketing metrics to identify cause and effect relationships
  • Works with marketing management to optimize A/B test campaigns with the goal of continuously enhancing conversions
  • Assists with special projects or urgent marketing requests as needed

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field and two (2) years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.






  • Ability to speak and write well using proper grammar and professional etiquette
  • Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate well with all levels in the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively based on departmental needs and comfortable working under tight deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with strong aptitude for Excel
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain information including how to use new software applications
  • Familiar with various social media platforms with general understanding of how to use
  • Works well independently with minimal supervision but has ability to work effectively on a team

Functions involve the ability to exert light physical effort usually involving some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds). May involve some climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, walking or standing.

Functions are regularly performed inside without potential for exposure to adverse conditions, such as inclement weather, atmospheric elements and pathogenic substances.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
