Holds overall authority and accountability for the operations, supervision, and strategic direction of the Fleet department. Works closely with the executive team to achieve key business outcomes, ensuring efficient fleet planning, regulatory compliance, and budget management. Establishes organizational goals, implements policies, and oversees daily operations to optimize fleet performance and safety.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Logistics, Transportation Management or related field and ten (10) years of fleet management experience to include contractor/vendor management and supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS AND DESIGNATIONS:
Valid state Driver’s license; clean driving record.

Functions involve the regular and, at times, sustained performance of moderately physically demanding work and may require occasional lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of heavy objects or materials (up to 50 pounds). Tasks that require moving objects of significant weight require the assistance of another person and/or use of proper techniques and moving equipment. Tasks may involve some climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
